I was suffering from addiction - and no matter all the treatment, I could not stop the cravings. At that time, I was clean, but it didn't feel that way. One day I was desperate for the cravings to go away. I got on the knees, called out to God, and said "God! Save me from my insanity!" And I flopped forward because of my desperation, but at that moment, the cravings stopped, and it looked like my vision cleared - Like all this time I have hairspray and oil over my eyes, but now it's crystal clear.

It's been about 5 years, and I have not had any cravings since that very moment when I surrendered to God.
